Is there a fysical store?
WAW Collectibles does not own or operate a physical store. By only focussing on online sales and specialized collectors conventions we can safe significantly on our fixed and operational costs which results in more affordable and competitive prices for all of our items.
Can I pick-up my order?
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to collect orders. You can still choose the 'Stockpile Order(s)' option to combine orders. We will then determine the final shipping cost later based on the effective weight.
Are all items brand new?
All of the items we offer brand new or in very nice collectible condition unless stated otherwise in the item description. Imperfections can occure in particular with older action figure toylines age 10 or older. If you still have any doubts do not hesitate to contact us through our contact form. We rarely offer items with big or smaller imperfections. Most items that arrive dameged directly from our suppliers are beeing returned in 98% of the time. Or focus lies on quality, not quantity! Our slogan is 'By Collectors For Collectors' !
Do the photographs correspond with the actual item?
Of course! All photos used are either made by ourselves our provided by our suppliers. If you would like to receive more detailed foto's of an item do not hesitate to contact us and ask for them!
We will gladly send them you in case of any doubt!
I'm looking for a specific item, can you help me?
Unfortunatly it is impossible do have all items in stock although we try to keep sufficient stock available off all items we offer. If you are looking for that one special item that is still missing in your collection then feel free to contact us and ask for our help so we can help you find it. Keep in mind that finding a specific items can take a long time without any garanty of succes! In the past we were able to help out several clients but unfortunatly not every hunt is successful.
Who do you sell to?
We only sell to individuals (B2C) but we do not sell do other dealers, traders or shops (B2B).
Can I combine my orders?
Combining orders is always possible so you can safe on shipping costs. Simply choose for the option 'Stockpile orders' when placing finalizing your order and no shipping costs will be added. When a sufficient quantity of items is availble for shipping then shipping cost will be billed to your account. The actual shipping cost wil be calculated based on the weight of the combined items.
A second option is that you pay directly 'the standard shipping cost' with only one of your orders. Keep in mind if the total weight of all of your items surpasses 'the standard weigh' an addional shipping cost will be added to cover the extra weight.
We can and will keep all of your orders up to 180 days!
I do not want to miss out on several items but I have not enough budget at the moment, what can I do?
No worries, beeing collectors ourselves we know were your coming from and we are glad to offer a solution to this problem. For larger orders were the planned delivery date lies far ahead into the future we can provide spread payment. This payment plan needs to be worked out in advance between the seller (WAW Collectibles) and the customer.
A practical example. You place an order in january for an amount of 400 euro with a forseen delivery somewhere in may. In this case payment could be spread out in 4 terms namely in january, february, march and april. This way you will have paid in may and you will not miss out on any items. The ordered items will only be delivered when all payments have been received. All payments received during this period will be marked in the order itself.
Feel free to contact us to work out a payment plan for your order. The payment plan is completely free of extra charges, interest or fees!
Keep in mind once this payment plan is worked and you should decide to change your mind that we will charge a cancellation fee of 15% of the total amount plus 5 euro administrative cost. The 15% is to cover the annulation cost we need to pay as well with our supplier when we cancel items.
Another possiblity is that you pay a deposit for the ordered items so your reservation can be confirmed. Once the items arrive in our wharehouse the remaning amount will be charged to your account. Of course the deposit will be deducted of the total amount. Shipping cost will also be added if these were not paid in advance.

We accpet the following payment methods;

- Monnize Gift Cards
All orders need to paid in advance using one of the above mentionned payment methods.
Attention!
When you pay with Paypal, Maestro, Sofort Banking, Bancontact/Mister Cash and Ideal a small transaction fee will be added to your order. Bank transfer is completely free of charge.
Which courier services are used?
We work with several different logistics partners.
These are our logistics partners;

How much shipping do i have to pay?
All shipping cost are automaticly calculated based on the combined weight of all ordered items. As a costumor you are free to choose one of the logistic partners we offer.
All avalaible shipping methods will be displayed once you have added items to your shopping cart.
We strongly recommend to add an insurance to your shipping costs one you surpass the amount of 150 euro. For this 'insurance' our partners charge 1 euro extra. Mondial Relay (one of logistic partners) does not offer insured shipping!
Are shipping rates start as low as 3,75 euro for a delivery within Europe.
Do I need to pay extra for packaging materials?
Absolutley not! As a company we are fully aware of our ecological footprint en we try hard to keep this to an absolute minimum. That is why we like to use a lot of recycled packaging materials like boxes, plastic airbags, bubble wrap and so on which come into our own warehouse through the deliveries of our suppliers.
No flashy boxes here with our company logo printed on it but sturdy and reliable recycled materials. This is not only good for nature but also for your budget and wallet!
To which country's and regions do you ship?
We mainly focus on the Belgian market but shipping to other countries is possible.

Can I track my order online?
From the moment your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking code directly from the logistics partner of you choice. This way you can get an indication when (date/hour) your parcel will be delivered.
Do not forget to check the 'SPAM FOLDER' in your mailbox because these emails end up quiet often in there.
How long will delivery take?
The average delivery time voor parcels within Belgiums is about 3 to 6 days after dispatch. Keep in mind that there are no deliveries taking place during the weekend!
If you placed your order on thursday or friday then you will receive your parcel the earliest on monday or tuesday.
